Instant Returns at Delivery

We encourage you to inspect your order thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a product, or if you received an incorrect item, you have the right to return the product instantly to the delivery person.

On-the-Spot Refunds for Pre-Paid Orders

For customers who have paid in advance (e.g., via online payment gateway or mobile banking), if you choose to return any item(s) at the time of delivery, you will receive an instant cash refund from the delivery person for the returned items. No need to wait for bank processing or complicated procedures.

Partial Returns and Adjustments

We understand that you might love some items in your order but not others. If you've ordered multiple products and wish to keep some while returning others, that's perfectly fine! Our delivery person will adjust your payment on the spot, and you'll only pay for the items you decide to keep.

• This policy applies only to returns made at the time of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns after the delivery person has left your premises.
